Claude Shires is a hilarious comedian, I saw one of his standup on YouTube, it was called “Stand Up LA’s Ice House”. He starts off with a joke about his age that was engaging, he leads you into each joke of storytelling. The way he tells the joke about the drug side effects had me laughing to tears, also when he talks about goin to the doctor about the side effects.
Claude has a story line type of approach to comedy, he tells a joke about being married and seeing single woman that “he cant date”, is very funny. The way he leads you into the
story, its like you are feeling the same way if you are married.
I have never heard of this comedian before, I am surprised that he is not as popular as he should be,the way he talks about his marriage is priceless. He tells a joke about getting facials that makes me as a man, never want to go, the pain that comes along with it, is a man’s nightmare!
Claude, has a joke about gettin himself checked by a doctor, because he and his wife want to have kids. He goes into the room and falls in love with the procedure that it takes to check him out. Once again he gives a vivid description of how the room is, and what is in the room for him to complete such a task.
He finishes with his wife talking about his being successful as the comedian “Dane Cook” that was on TV at the time, she pointed out how he was using his body and bouncing up and down to engage the audience, she leaves the room and he puts on a show on TV and point’s out how the woman uses her body, to engage her husband, how she does the same thing as the comedian “Dane Cook”.
